Anyone know who can make BBS RS Lips?

I'm after some wider lips for my BBS RS rims, I heard a guy in wellington has a mould to make them up?

Does anyone know of this guy, or anyone else that can make these lips?

Would be so helpful if you could help me out!

I got hold of him, $185 each for 3.5" lips which is pretty reasonable, going to get some for sure
