bemmaboi 0 Report post Posted July 22, 2005 I have lowered my e30 110mm off the ground and I now need front shock's to be machined down so then my springs are captive. Has anyone had this done? What have you guys (gurls too ) done after you have lowered the car? Thanks

bemmaboi 0 Report post Posted July 22, 2005 Nah no pinky, it is only when you jack up both sides of the car that the springs are capitve. I went down to the shock shop today, and they said i have to get them machined down and thats the only way i can get around this problem with outcoilovers etc...yea just getting ideas on how to keep my car this low, and get my WOF with out changing my springs every 6months...
