E36 M 9 Report post Posted November 12, 2012 Didn't want to start a new thread just for a simple answer but guess I have to. Noob question but are e46 sedan and wagon springs the same? I have been looking around for adjustables for my wagon but everything is sedan. Not keen on buying them then finding out they don't fit or whatever. Cheers. Ace Of Spades 51 Report post Posted November 12, 2012 Quote from bimmerforums.com So long as you don't have an xi, they will fit and in fact, the OE springs are different between sedan and the touring, but if you delve in to details of many of the aftermarket kits, you'll find out the same springs are used. Of course, you should remember that compared to a sedan, the touring is heavier and has proportionally more wieght on the rear axle. So when considering your expected "drop" you car will be slightly lower in the rear and slightly higher in the front when compared with a similar sedan.
