cainchapman 0 Report post Posted August 9, 2005 And the headers.
Damo 23 Report post Posted August 10, 2005 Very nice work there Cain! I have already made a turbo manifold for my 2002 touring, but inbetween actually using it and now those headers would go well.... but as an engineer I have to say $2000 is a hefty price tag. For example headers would be around $500 from bimmersports sponsor AL'S MUFFLERS, and they do v. good work also. Then mufflers are $150 a piece at most, i just but a 2.5" single entry twin exit stainless w/ stainless packing all polished for $150. If you dont get ANY offers and need to sell it, let me know. It is great to see people with nice parts for 2002's, I just picked up a 20mm rear swaybar of TM for $50 and the guy also sold me brand new mounts for it too.... Do you have any other 2002 parts for sale? Flare kit perhaps? Otherwise I am beating my own out of the metal thats there....
cainchapman 0 Report post Posted August 10, 2005 They aren't mine. They are made by an F1 engineer and they are his. $2000 is cheap IMO for a completely tuned system. So no other parts, that I know of.
Damo 23 Report post Posted August 10, 2005 Ha, good to know that F1 Engineers race BMW 2002's once they've finished work! Classic... If someone wants a bolton system for their racecar they probably will pay $2000 if they arent DIY type people.
