Ideally would want 8.5-9s up front and 10.5s rear but doubt I can rustle up the cash for the tyres at the moment so will probably have to stay on my nice-to-have list.

Just out of interest, is there any aspect of slotting a 112X5 or 114X5 pattern out to 120X5 that would compromise the safety or funtionality of a wheel?

I could I guess run adapters to solve fitment, im just curious about slotting. Is it an option? And what are the requirements to be met to make slotting an option?

slotting is not something i would deem safe. If your after a stud pattern change it is accomplish-able by re drilling and putting in steel inserts to change it. its only a minor change from 114.3 to 120, can provide the service to do this
