This is like what the replica A/C Cobra guys do, I know some would get an old Toyota Chassis from the 80s and cut the body off, leaving the Toyota RWD platform with suspension underneath for a replica Cobra shell to sit on.

Or a 37 Chevy coupe onto a Corvette ZR-1 chassis. That I can understand - the coupe is a classic. But a Ford Granada? What the hell was he smoking....

I guess he did it because he can, but that's a lot of work to re-shell a car not to mention all the chassic welding.
