Wom 0 Report post Posted May 26, 2013 I was using their book to guide me through it, but didn't think of checking their website "the long springs are easy with a zip tie around one end...just pull apart with one hand and use a plier to remove or replace the tip you just pulled free" genius, I'm going to try that no matter how hard I tried, I just couldn't get the spring down far enough to get back into the hole in the bottom shoe Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Wom 0 Report post Posted June 1, 2013 finally sorted was a lot easier with daylight, and a helper to hold the shoes in place left side was a lot easier and quicker really the only trick is to have both hands on the pliers and use a lot of muscle Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
