MilesP 13 Report post Posted July 29, 2013 Bummer! Probably best to get it done! Shouldn't be a drama, perhaps they'll come to the part a bit on the over lapping costs. I'd have thought it'd be something a tech would recommend. He said that he took it out and it was in great condition. Its the proper German one that should last for well over 100000kms. He tested it in hot water and it seemed to work just fine. But the part is ok price and he said it would only be about 20min labor for him to put it in.
