e30ftw 410 Report post Posted August 25, 2013 I'll point out the obvious and say you probably cut the wrong wire or if it was sharing a power source and you have cut that out. Only way your going to fix it is by getting an e30 ETM and find the wiring diagrams then trace the wires .. Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Etwenty1 45 Report post Posted September 23, 2013 You're right - you are pointing out the obvious the dock had wires running from the rear ashtray area back to the rear seat, thats what i cut thinking is was aftermarket wiring taking power from the battery in the boot via that route.. off to google e30 wiring diagram unless someone has committed to memory....
