To fix or replace wheel hub

Hey guys one of the studs for the right front wheel hub is missing and I was wondering whether it was cheaper to replace the whole wheel hub or to fix the stud at a mechanic.

you know BMWs have lug nuts right? the thread is on the nut.

or maybe the later models are a conventional setup i dont know, if it is:

we just got exactly this done on the front right wheel on the work Ford Mondeo which is FWD, was $40 excluding the part which we sourced from Ford. that was at PitStop.
