HELP! I need to remove front bumper!

Guys i urgently need to know how to remove my front bumper, does anyone out there have some instructions on how to remove the front bumper of my car?

It an 2004 E46 M Compact.

I have the Motorsport version bumper so it's not the normal one.

Paul, can you get access to instructions on how to remove front bumpers ?

Or is there an easier way to remove my headlights without removing the front bumper?

I don't want to take it to dealer cause they'll charge and arm and an leg just to remove my bumper.

And if its anything like the E36 - pop front plastic panels out to reveal screws. Undo those. Then undo screws/bolts inside fender. Should come off.

It's nothing like the E36's .. i wish they were ...

Ok, i've given it a go, and DNZ has given correct instructions, however i'm still having trouble removing the bumper because of the spray jet thingys... Does anyone know how to remove the spray jets ??

Im guessing it would be the same as the windscreen sprayers.... twist and pull
