WTB E46 Air filter pipe and Water valve?

Hi

I have been having issues with my AC blowing warm air through the car when its cooler outside

From articles i have read they have mentioned it would be the Water Valve that needs replacing, so first question does anyone have a water valve for a E46 330i sedan (pic of mine below) and also would it be safer to have it checked first before replacing??

Second item i need, while getting to the water valve i noticed my air filter pipe has seen better days (pic below) so need to get my hands on this pipe, so please let me know what you have
