WTB: E46 tiptronic shift boot (and possibly the surround)?

Pretty sure that's what it's called. I'll include a picture anyway, the plastic clips holding mine in have given up completely and its just sort of flapping around.

I'll happily take a black, non scratched up trim with the window controls in it if you have one of them up for sale too.
If you could let me know about the prices and stuff, on here or PM's good too. That would be awesome.
