jayzrb 1 Report post Posted December 21, 2013 Ive got a e30 m40b16 or m43b16 Its been over heating. I havnt worked on the m40 before so dont want to break stuff.. It only heats up when its at idle for long time. It doesnt heat up when im driving it. What could it be? Thermostat? Radiator? Water pump? Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

I had a look today. When i give it revs the water temp goes down. So its problie the fan. Should i change it to electric or just a nornal working one.
