trottsky 24 Report post Posted May 15, 2014 Hi, I was thinking about 'straight piping' my 328 from the rear axle flanges and doing without a back box/muffler, but I thought I'd see if any of you guys have a bolt on aftermarket muffler set up lying around first! Probably would have sounded good and bolted straight on!
glen.riley.1990 25 Report post Posted May 22, 2014 I have a remus universal welded onto the back half of a 325I system. it was on my 328i but had a drone at 1800 rpm that drove me nuts doing miles on the open road. might be a bit better in a manual / coupe. make an offer if your interested ? i did drive it with open pipes for a while, sounded bloody good with a few revs on but quite loud...
