First time I haven't had a 4x4 for years and heading to the Ski fields this week, I doubt i'll need them as there is NO snow lol but always better to be safe than sorry and can only find google info on snow socks not chains. yng_750 247 Report post Posted July 13, 2014 I sell polar snow chains at work. Can sort you a price etc if you have tyre size handy. Often those size wheels/tyres will need to be ordered in so most shops will have to allow a couple of days delivery. Proper sized chains shouldnt touch rim and will have plastic covers to prevent damage if it does. Snow socks are grippy on ice but are only designed for very short trips.
