hp06 0 Report post Posted September 17, 2014 Hey, I have this issue with my car that when I either take off a little to fast or if I dont remove my foot from the acelerator the car goes into fail safe mode when it over revs. Does anyone know why this is happening? B.M.W Ltd 950 Report post Posted September 17, 2014 (edited) You need to get it scanned first and get the fluid level checked. The fault code will then point you in the right direction.
