_ethrty-Andy_ 2122 Report post Posted October 24, 2014 Hey Guys Just in doing a bit of maintenance on my M70, finally changing upper sump gasket and rear main seal over this long weekend (yep took today off too) Found this with my oil pump chain, it looks much too loose to me, but haven't got too much experience inside engines https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WJSG_QBayKU&list=UU4z1HXPJGzNxVTDIdKMz1PA If this is not normal, any ideas how to tension it up? or is it self tensioning and should become tight when the engine is running??
