WOF failed - Rear transmission mounts (540i e39 auto)

It happened to me today. Don't really mind it is an easy fix and low cost but I never thought that this would be a reason for a fail. Any similar experience?

Needless to say that the guy who did the inspection did a 5 minutes check only without thorough look around the car, without proper tools , etc etc.

It is a wof issue. Its a mount which the VIRM state should be intact in order to obtain a wof
