Passenger seat on E36 Coupe won't move forward

I've got a e36 328i coupe and I can no longer use the passenger side to hop in the backseat. The Little latch on the side of the seat feels like its not catching onto anything any more and no longer works

Yep, they don't tilt forward. They are the electric seats, the driver side one works fine. Cool thanks guys.
