musccoo 82 Report post Posted March 22, 2015 So one of my sunroof rails was broke so sunroof wouldn't pop..so I took it apart sourced a new one and put back together and now the sunroof works like new....EXCEPT when I pop the headliner bit into place. It jams it and it needs me to push it with my hand to get it opening and closing. I can't see where it's catching or why...very annoying Has anyone had this problem/know how to fix??
