e87 130i M Sport - Maximum Staggered setup with VMR V703/VB3

Recommended Posts

Hi everyone,

My first post here on the forum, so kid gloves if I'm asking a question that's been answered a million times!

I have a e87 with factory 17 inch wheels

I'd like to get the maximum staggered setup with some M3 CSL Replica 18 inch wheels, while still keeping the stock suspension and not rolling the arches etc...

Would the below config work?

VMR VB3
8.5x18" et40 225/40 18 (Front)
9.5x18" et45 245/35 18 (Rear)

This is the only pic I could find with a e87 on CSL Replicas:

I recently bought V710 rims directly from VMR for my 135i so just ask them. I would think the majority of their wheels end up on BMW's of all shapes and sizes so they have really accurate info and know what you will need.

Mitch who was my customer service rep got it spot on for me - the wheels look amazing and have a great stance and even make the car look a little lowered with no rubbing or anything - I still have stock suspension and arches etc

As Snowflake said, ask the team at VMR, Kevin who helped me 3 years ago did a superb job with discussing options and knowing what would fit in terms of max size / offsets and tires too.
