I assume you aren't on the BMW Facebook page. This is how it was described by the previous owner.

"Think leather interior sold, has a 240 manual conversion done by Sam and rust has got the better of the panels since after I owned it ! Was a good car though think a bit of money been chucked at it since I had it"

It looks like its priced well for what it is though.
