M52 to e30 swap flywheel question

Really wanted to get my hands on an m20 flywheel but doesnt look like it will happen so does anyone know if this is a good alternative?

Looks slightly over kill but will it work with an m40 gearbox m52 engine. No need for machining?

Do you know if it would work with an m40 gear box set up? Using m52 motor.
