M30B35 - Getrag 240 Combo

Looking for a bit of clarification.

Have an M30B35 from an E34 and the Getrag240 I've got (from an M10) will bolt up right.

1) Anyone have any experience with this combination and what is the best Flywheel / Clutch / PPlate combo?

2) Is there a difference between a 320i and a 325i driveshaft?

Have read the 320i driveshaft will sit behind the above in an E30 conversion.
