My buddy gets an error message when trying to create an account

My mate has been trying to create a bimmersport account for weeks now with no luck, he's tried emailing support but still hasn't received a reply, this is the message he's getting (he's tried with 3 different email accounts and they all come up with the same error)

Any ideas?
