E36 Code Reader/Resetter in Christchurch?

Does anyone in a christchurch have a tool I can use to read my error codes and try reset the warning light for airbag in my E36?

just failed a Wof as the lamp never illuminates, pulled the cluster out and the bulb was absent with a bunch of tape over the outline of the symbol to make it invisible.

New bulb turned on straight away, staying on.
