The 330d is dead, long live the 530d.

Well my recent post about having a crash in my 330d, has now resulted in the purchase of a 2004 530d.

The insurance company wrote of my 330d, as repair was over the 75% of the insured value. A pity.

There was no damage to any water, aircon, or motor. It was just panel damage. The lf inner guard is a little bit dented, but the panel beater told me that would have pulled out easily. It all came down to costing and the annoying GST content......that is really what pushed it over!

Anyway, the 530d that s being collected on Wednesday next week. Will post up some pics once it is mine.

AMI are my insurance company and I am in Hamilton, so not sure where they send their damaged vehicles too. Turners?

Hiya, have done some searching and have noticed that the car is indeed listed on Mannheim. Appears to have been listed yesterday. 2002 BMW 330d. I can give you full details of car damage if you want. Cheers, Graeme
