Seems allot i.m.o but someone might be prepared to pay it? collector, museum, bmw themselves. You cannot exactly 'buy' a <1000 km e30 apart from this one I do wonder how it came to be and how it has been stored? rubber seals and fluids sitting for 30+ years?
