OLLIE 26 Report post Posted September 29, 2009 Brewing my own beer is definitely on the cards for next year during Uni, should save some money over bloody jugs of Tui from the foundry. How strong (flavour and %age) can you make home brew beer? I love big flavour beers. as strong as you want, anything is possible.I like to stick with the basic beers as they are harder to f**k up. If you don't get it right and you end up with 23 litres (+10 man hours and $20 - $60 ingredients) of rancid tasting cat piss to throw away, it's enough to make you think twice about doing it again. antony 0 Report post Posted September 29, 2009 Home brew spirits = Lethal. My mates dad has a full working scaled down whiskey distillery. Its about 1mx1mx1.5m. His Grandad used to work in them in Scotland, and built it himself, all out of the same materials to, copper mostly. It's seriously awesome, and produces some stuff we call fire water .
