gmccormack 0 Report post Posted March 15, 2006 2.8 crank = $$ i imagine over here...not a helluva lot of m52's floating about, correct me if im wrong. pistons? engine build = $$$ plus there is not a helluva lot of potential after that...TBH i would consider getting custom pistons and bore it out, to make the most of you being there anyway and it doesnt go PSH! You don't touch the pistons. Just fit M52 crank with M20 2L rods and put it all back together.
Jacobfie525 0 Report post Posted March 15, 2006 "4G63, need to find a decent RWD gearbox & then adapt it to fit." RWD L200 Do Something REALLY Unheard Of And Put An Unknown Engine From Another Manufacturer Into It. Turbo It. And Confuse People When They Ask Whats In It. EG. Nissan KA24DE (240SX/2.4 Bluebird Engine) There's A Turbo'ed Altima (Bluebird) In The States That Runs Mid-11's In A Street Going Car Full Of Audio Gear With A KA24DE-Turbo. 3SGTE Or The Ultimate (Short Of An RB26DETT Or New M5 V10 Conversion) Lexus V8 Conversion. Do It. And Twincharge It With A Shot Of NOS For That "Oh Hell No!" Factor That The Crazy Conversion Guys Love.
