CCV wiring connector order - do they matter?

Ok, to all, the car runs, thank you so much for your responses, it was insanely appreciated, without them i wouldn't have been able to rule out the obvious, and look for what was the problem.

Turns out the CCV heater hose wasn't connected, behind the throttle body, causing a massive air leak,

You guys rock

honesty - there had to be about 100ml of oil in the intake plenum. it went all over my clothes when i flipped it upside down.
