E85 Z4 Battery replacement/secondary question

Hi,

Currently I have an AA Brand 3662 CCA 640 RC 125 A/H 72 Battery.

I've had the car for 3 years, unknown how old the battery is.

Finally after my 3 years anyway the battery is practically dead. I have to jump my car almost every time I go out now.

I cannot find the dimensions for this battery anywhere online.

I'm after a high performance replacement so any recommendations would be great.

 

Now why the battery has died is quite often on weekends at my mates place I'd have the stereo/sub/amp playing for quite a few hours and I would have to jump it the next day, so I totally understand why the battery has finally given up.

I guess the secondary question is what else do I need besides a new battery to help prevent this in the future? Some kind of capacitor thingy? Are they easy to install? Any direction in that would be great as well.

I have an AA 3662 battery in my 3.0L Z3.  It is a standard DIN66 battery.
