Sick Puppy 1 Report post Posted May 6, 2006 Dunno if it is the same here as in the UK, but it is not illegal to remove the clamp- it is only illegal to damage it when removing it. The clamping fee is to remove the clamp- if you've done it, there is nothing to charge you for.
