Kam 3 Report post Posted March 17, 2021 Hi all. I have been working through the little issue my E61 has since I bought it not long ago. It's time to tackle the compressor for the self leveling rear suspension. I have noticed in the morning when I get in and start it the compressor kicks in immediately and is quite noisy too. Is it supposed to come on every morning? Is there a kit or any tips out there to quieten it down a little. Cheers Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Gaz 1061 Report post Posted March 22, 2021 Check the air bags for leaks, first but not uncommon for compressors to go noisy. Especially if airbags have a leak and not fixed quickly as the compressor burns out due to working so hard Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
