Hi, Does anyone have a spare HDD or imaged of the HDD for CIC Navigation System Professional with New Zealand or AUS as the region?

Doubtful. CIC HDDs use PATA/IDE interface which very few people would still have access to. Are you asking because your's has failed or just to get it set up for AUS NZ maps?
