Does valve cover n54 fits the n53?

Hi, the valve cover of my misses 325i n53 is cracked. I glued it, but it is still leaking. I want to place an aluminum cover, but they don't exist for a n53. Does anybody know if a valve cover of a n54 will fit? I compared the screws with my n54, those are at the same places, but the high pressure fuel lines have a different number in RealOEM.
