Can Apple carplay be fitted to 2008 130I

Hi Everyone

(please excuse my technical ignorance) I have a friend selling his 2008 130i and I'm wondering if Apple CardPlay can be installed along with parking sensors or camera.

I'm Wellington based so if you can point me towards a recommended kit and installer (if above is possible etc)
