Removing old / damaged rubber Jack points on 130i

Hi 
Does anyone know an easy way to unclip and remove old jack points ( without access to a hoist ) so I can replace damaged ones ... I have tried using vicegrips  but can not get them to hold firm enough before pushing down

There's a slot at the top of them that you can fit a pry bar or big flat head screwdriver into and pry them out. They'll usually break on removal.

Thank, I decided to try cut of the lock tabs with a multitool , but actually found that  when  I was going to pry off some cut bits with a screwdriver the whole thing came off 🙂
