LetsGo 3 Report post Posted November 5, 2023 BMW E63 645ci has a 5088 EGS L1-L4 mechatronic error causing failsafe mode.. Is there a ZF transmission repair available in NZ? LetsGo 3 Report post Posted November 30, 2023 Yes, for anyone in Auckland experiencing this fault, Karl at AAutomotive in Archers Road Glenfield is able to sort it. Was a faulty TCM mechatronic unit which at full replacement is around $7k-$8k... but thankfully can be repaired in Auckland for a fraction of that with a 20000km/12mth warranty 2 Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
