E36 M52 Cam Sensor wiring

Does anyone have access to some decent schematics for 1996 E36 M52 323i Camshaft sensor?

I need to do some testing on my old girl, just unsure what I should have at each pin where the Sensor plugs in under the manifold.

Any help would be appreciated.

Still require some help with this one, even if someone could please measure the voltages at the camshaft sensor plug for me on their M52 / MS41? Mine doesn't seem right. Thanks
