N54 Overboost problem

Hello, I see my car quickly and the problem. (please excuse my spelling I am French and very bad at English)

335i e92 stage 3 hybrides turbos, inlets, outlet and lot of mods 

Im in the process of making my custom mapping with wedge, but I have an overboosting problem. 

my vacuum lines are new.
my solenoids are new 
and nothing blocks the WG actuators.... 
they move freely and the VBands do not block. 


do you have an idea?

I've seen bad boost control solenoids cause the over boosting issue, but you say they are new.

Are they OEM Pierburg brand or aliexpress specials?
