E21 BAUR - Possible new rear window and cambelt

Just looking at this car, which might need a couple of things, so would be good to get some ballpark numbers if possible.

1. Cambelt replacement. [ engine had a recon in 2012 / 10k mils ago so maybe just the belt? ]

2. Rear window looks a bit cloudy, so might need replacing

3. Chance of whole new soft top

You can get a plastic polish from Repco/Supercheap that should clear the window. Might need a polisher for best result.
