Deeks.1 1 Report post Posted Sunday at 10:05 AM I’m in NZ and currently drive a Subaru BRZ—two doors, no kids, purely fun stuff. I’ve been on the hunt for a BMW that’s still daily-drivable yet sits comfortably under 5 seconds 0–100 km/h. Ideally, I’d love a B58-powered model, but New Zealand doesn’t have any available right now. The 335i options here seem to be hybrids more often than not, which isn’t quite what I’m after. That said, I stumbled upon a 435i, and to be honest, I don’t mind it at all. Would love to hear your firsthand experiences to help me make my decision. Thanks a bunch! balancerider 850 Report post Posted Monday at 04:39 AM The only f3x drivetrain that goes under 5s 0-100 is the 35xd variant - the 35i is traction limited, the 40i with the b58 and MPPSK factory remap is 260kw / 500nM so 4.8ish to 100 I think. Would an m235 / m240i be an option?

Ultimately I’m not too much of a fan on the look of them and nz prices a wee bit out of scale compared to the 435i. Is the n55 that worse compared to the b58?
