Silver Fox 43 Report post Posted September 21, 2006 Starts fine when cold, but once hot it dies, splutters a couple of times maybe and stops. When you try to start it turns over but won't fire. Have checked past topics and checked spark plugs, plenty of spark, and fuel delivery, seems strong when turning motor over. Have checked and changed coil. no diff and relays, no diff. Silver Fox 43 Report post Posted September 21, 2006 Yeah, first place I went. have had the intake side off and found the bracket holding the idle regulating valve had broken and it had pulled out of the intake housing.
