speakeasy 0 Report post Posted March 29, 2004 it fully depends, yea wank factor is high on alot of plates... but funny and or sarcastic plates still crack me up. plates on sick cars that scream "my car is better than yours and i know it and i dont give a f**k" always amuse. example: black E46 m3, 20 something driver, "ARAGNT" - classic. if you dont agree your wrong. Guest Spargo Report post Posted March 29, 2004 Bets plate ever: blonde in an SL55 AMG going up High St last week. Ptate: "KEPT" Fantastic! Plates are all good. I was going to get TWSTYS, till i was told it was the name of a porn site as well.
shadowninja 0 Report post Posted March 30, 2004 Yeah there are some clever ones out there... E46 M3 : NVMYM3 Lexus GS300 : 8ABMW (he wishes) But I reckon people putting their names on their plate & stuff is pretty gay.
Grant 4 Report post Posted March 30, 2004 Personalised plates aren't my thing, but they are pretty cool, as long as they are not tacky. Some are bloody clever, but some are just crap, and makes the drivers look like real wankers. Good luck, let us know what you want to get. Cheers

speakeasy 0 Report post Posted March 31, 2004 (edited) GRLB8T "girlbait" on a full pimp-spec 325i, no springs, lexus lights, gizzilion inch chromes... is full-wanker but i must admit, out of the 5 people in the car, the driver was the only male... maybe he pays em... M3PWR... on that red e30 M3 from the bays, sick. forgive me guys, but my original plan of action was to go into the bank, loan my life away, get a black 325 not to dissimilar to gus's, spend up large on chrome, clear everything and more chrome untill i had reached pimp-spec and get the plate BNKRPT which would have been funny because after about 2 months of missing payments i probably wouldve been... but i resisted the temptation. Guest Spargo Report post Posted April 1, 2004 Heh, GIRLB8 is pretty funny. I had a "touge" with him on the road to pauanui (Prescott's garage to the waterways) and pulled out about 30 seconds on him over the entire drive, and his car is allegedly a 325iA. Meh, must be the hoes in the back. Everytime i've seen him, he's the only guy in the car, but this may be b/c he has 4 sisters. I don't know. A good plate for you, speakeasy, would have been "ON AMEX"
