BM WORLD 1283 Report post Posted February 13, 2007 Don't know about a build plate but the H23 engine was coded MB9E. Spoiler kits were not standard. It should have Hartge badges on the instruments (and a 280k speedo) Hartge/Momo 4 spoke steering wheel, 16 inch 11 spoke alloys and Hartge springs with revalved bilsteins. head should have stamped HARTGE and H23 or something . mine had these makes on left side of head just above No. 2 and 3 intake ports , and tags welded to headers . mine had H5SK on it how much for head/block , headers , gearbox kit.
