BMW 120i 2009 Key replacemence

Hi guys

I just bought the BMW 120i 2009, unfortunately, it just has the only key. Now I really want to make another one. i tried to contact with BMW dealer and they ask about 460$ for the new key but the lock smart just tell me 260$ for the new key. So should i buy the new key from lock smart? They are reliable? I'm so confused about this price between BMW dealer and lock smart.

lock smiths have some good gear now, doesn't work don't pay but they know what they're doing usually
