dam thats alot of stuff to find lol and i think it would be hard and very expensive to get all the m3 parts!!! so u cant just swap hubs and wheel bearings and bolt on e36 front calipers and rotors?

can anyone give me some help on this i want to swap my 4 studs for 5 studs what is the cheapest way of doing this and what would the parts list consist of? also at the same time would it be worth finding e36 front rotors and calipers are they bigger than my 320i ones?

hi its a manual and i have done all the basics oil chage plugs cam belt new vac hoses etc it does go quite well i recon but just wanderd if there was any other things that could be done to it im a mechanic so can do all the bits my self. would a throttle body from a b25 motor bolt on must be slightly larger throat?

any hits or tips on making my 320i motor a better performer with bolt on or tune up mods? i dont want to go putting another motor in it for now would like to get the best from my b20 motor any help would be sweet as.

my 1990 e30 320i facelift rad is poked and i have found a mint 325i facelift rad on trade me real cheap only problem is that my radiator has a remote header tank. The one i want to buy from trade me has a header tank built in would this fit ok ? and what different pipe would i need if any? this is the last thing i need to do to get it on the road!!!!!!

im thinking i dont want one now lol might just stick to a nice momo lol

does anyone have one fitted to there car a deep dish drift steering wheel im tempted to buy one just wanderd how it might look in my e30 and weather there any good for daily driving aswell?? any advantage to being deep dish ?? any advice would be cool.

im looking for a good radiator for my old auto e30 320i its a face lift model mine has a cracked tank and weeps a bit i can get a new one for 280 new off trade me but just wanderd if anyone has a good one knocking around i could buy???

will it have the correct plug on it thougth? i was told vdo made the switches specificaly for bmw with the bmw plug on the end ??

hi just wanted to know what a medium case diff was? i know what a diff is but just wandard why you call it a medium case? probley a real stupid question but if i dont ask then i dont know lol

has anyone got a oil pressure switch for a face lift e30 m20b20 motor mine started to lead out of the end of the plug

the gear box is all in and done. i think the hardest part was removing the old spigot bearing as i didnt have a new one it was mint anyhow. with the auto diff still in the back it feels a tad slow like the motor revs to much for the speed of the car might have to change it for the manual one next weekend.

might sound realy stupid and it cought me out check the possitive battery terminal and that the ecu wire that bolts to it is tight mine was loose it would turn over but not fire took me ages to find this and i couldnt beleave it lol

stupid question how do i tell if its a 240 or a 260 ?? i had a quick look on it for numbers.

im replacing the auto zf gear box with the manual not sure if its a 260 or 240 will have to have a look but lucky i have the whole car still for all my parts :-) drive shalf pedals pipes etc etc does any one know if i will have better top end with the auto diff or better take off? or do u think i should swap the diffs over to match the gear box.

sweet as the gear box im putting in my face lift e30 is one out of a pre face lift there was now crank sensor on the gearbox atall not sure if my face lift is a flywheel pick up or a crank pully pick up guess il find out on sat when i go up to do the convershion

hey can anyone tell me what sort of fuel pressure i should be getting in the fuel rail of my 1988 pre face lift e30 its a m20 2 liter motor and has the fuel pump under the left sill at the rear. any help would be great still trying to solve the starting problem.

says at the top e30 pre face lift 1989 m20 motor so its the old dissy in the block type 2liter cheers
