  1. I am pretty sure all BMW 5 after 2004 are E60 with iDrive system. Since it is not E39, so it will not going to be MK navi system in boot. Special coding and programming has to be done with new ECE version of CCC. Radio also need special coding for E60, also TV in momotion as well
  2. Few members were asking me about a promotion on our product. Now, it is great time to buy Android based DVN-E46. You will not only get 10%discount but also get a top quality CCD reversing camera with it (worth $200). Only 5 set available so be quick. All gone. next shipment is on 20th
  3. Yes, the main computer has major hardware difference. We can do full sat/nav conversion for your car in Wellington. Also alot of other retrofit solutions for your car are avialable such as bluetooth, ipod. Talk to us if you want to know more.
  4. Addition to that, we will have some exciting solutionsfor fully integrated USB media player which can be added into older BMW OEMwide screen system or newer idrive system and even latest idrive system. Also there are some other exciting products will be available as well, such as USB media support (HDD movie, music...) for iBus and MOST based car. This will give full integration with current BMW OEM system.
  6. The leads is not long enough to go back to rear window. I put it on top of the windscreen and it is really hard to notice either from inside or outside. Yes, it will work on the Andriod based e39 in future no problem.
  7. We are currently working on the DVB-T integrated solution for all BMW models with OEM screen. E46,439,E53,E83,E85,E60,E63,E65,E70,E71,F10,F01 Will provide update soon.
  8. We are working on the fully integrated DVB-T solution for E46, E39, E53, E83, E85 OEM Wide sreen, also fully integrated DVB-T solution for E60,E90,E70,F10,F01 idrive system. This will allow us to use BMW OEM screen and and control for NZ freeview. Still doing the testing at moment, will provide more information once confirmed
  9. Not talking about the coding for ULF, I was thinking that if ULF VO is not in the car then the MK4 probably does not know ULF is in the car. I mean MK4 provides UI so, without coding MK4 with ULF VO, it may not show telephone option on screen. So you can code MK4 without adding VO in car but everthing will revert back to default coding acording to car VO if dealer code it again. So to get 100% retrofit, just need to add VO in and code whole car with new VO list. so it will not going to change again
  10. Sounds good, just that people who has got video module means that they will have OEM screen, so most likely, they dont want to change the OEM screen with the Dynavin unit
  11. good idea but if the car does not have video module then there is no TV antenna in the car. also, even try to use the original one, then still need to run cable from front to back, so will be extra job to do.
  12. 3G is not build in But wifi is, so you can use wifi connection to connect to your personal hotspot on your iphone 4 to access Internet
  13. RRP for Android based E46 :$1399 10% discount for all bimmersport members is still applied I am not getting WINCE based DVN-46 anymore, it will be replaced by Android based system from now.
  14. Not at moment, but by end of this year, all Dynavin unit will be on Android based
  15. Antenna is so easy to setup, I have tested it on a Merc E55 yesterday. Customer is extreamly happy with the antenna setup and impressed that awsome digital picture on the screen. I forgot to take the picture on the anntena fitting on the car, but will revisit the customer next week, so I will take picture and post it up here. Basically, it just go through both A pillar and fitted on top of the windscreen, it is really hard to notice either inside or outside of the car once it is installed. This is special made for NZ standard. So do not buy from sellers in oversea as it will not going to work for NZ freeview. Really worth to buy and gurantee you will be happy with it.
  16. Will be better to route the bluetooth antenna to the front, as we have customers that had pairing issue when load more luggage in boot if the bluetooth antenna is installed in boot. Nice job tho
  17. It depends on the VO in each car, since your MK4 ECU was an used ECE spec, so it was probably coded with ECE telephone VO already, so you dont need to do coding again this case:) Otherwise you do have to code it
  18. To have DVD retrofit solution you probably only can only have this: 82 82 0 139 918 Only in conjunction with · Installation kit DVD-system 82 82 0 141 258 Set For vehicles with: Alarm system (S302A) = No And: Lift-up-and-slide-back sunroof, electric (S401A) = Yes DVD system region 2 for the following Countries: Egypt, Bahrain, Belgium, Denmark, Germany, England, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Iceland, Israel, Italy, Kuwait, Latvia, Lebanon, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Oman, Austria, ... — '03, June12.651 kg / 5.844 lb€1422.41 $2054.1 I guess you can still try aftermarket DVD solution, you can mount an aftermarket DVD changer in boot and connect to the video input in your video module. You will need to use remote control to operate, so make sure you have the remote via raio rather than IR, as the the DVD changer is in the boot. For mp3, I guess you can replace the current CD changer with DICE system
